My most common massage. Targets deep tension in the muscles.
Cupping
Pulls up the skin and muscle, to encourage loosening up muscles and adhesions.
Myofascial/Trigger Therapy
A way of relieving pain in the myofascial tissues throughout the body.
Scraping/Rock Blading
Treatment technique that uses either wooden or metal tools to relieve stress and tension in the body.
Relaxation
Medium pressure massage to help alleviate stress.
Hot Stone
The use of hot stones uses heat to loosen up the muscles. An effective and relaxing way to loosen up the body
How long of a massage do you need?

This is good if you just need a general maintainence or a specific area that needs focused on.
60 minutes
This is best for intense issues in the body that need fairly intense treatment,. This is for more serious conditions or a really nice extended massage session.
120 Minutes
This is the most common length of massage. It gives a thorough coverage for a full body with some focus area.
90 Minutes
